Project Summary

Just a small part of the wider development of Otterburn St, this elderly living apartment block for over 55s consists of 20 one bed and 24 two bed apartments over 3 floors. With the client specifically asking for a mist system to be installed, our design team put together a proposal that best suited the clients’ requirements. With 2no iCO pumps situated on each floor to suit the residential category of BS8458:2015, the system protects all apartments and communal areas to ensure maximum safety for the occupants. With the additon of a dry riser installed to each stair core, this development is well equipped in case of an emergency.
