Project Summary
Integrated into a busy main road on the outskirts of Manchester, to blend in with the surroundings, this 60 bed ensuite care home was installed with a category 3 sprinkler system as per BS9251:2021 over 3 floors, complete with protection to amenity spaces such as hair salon, cinema and café. With dedicated sprinkler pump and tank, our inhouse team designed and carried out the full hydraulic calculations.
