Project Summary

Built on the the grounds of the University of Lancaster, this 4 storey extra care facility is fully protected with a BS9251:2021 Category 3 Sprinkler system and 2no Dry Risers installed to BS9990:2015. Designed by our in house certified designers to utilise the BCWS saving the client space and budget to ensure the highest satisfaction. With 92 one and two bedroom apartments, complete with laundry, assisted bathing, spa bathing, a hairdressing facility and a games room, this development is a first of its kind for Lancaster, and is fully protected with the fire suppression systems to the latest standards.
