Project Summary

Originally built in 1964, this 16 storey tower block underwent a major refurbishment with the inclusion of a BS9251:2021 Category 4 sprinkler system. The enhanced water supplies, as required by BS9251, located within the ground floor plantroom ensuring full protection throughout the building. Working in partnership with VOCA Fire Protection, to ensure increased client satisfaction with our internal communications ensuring the integration between the systems is flawless.
