We are looking for an ambitious individual with a goal setting mentality who works well with in a team, the successful candidate will be expected to run projects from start to finish including co ordinating labour levels, progress reporting, make site level decisions and deliver the projects on time to a high standard.

Responsibilities
- Full project management, Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, tech subs, RAMS, O&M Manual
- Full design and coordination of residential sprinkler drawings to BS9251:2021 using AutoCAD
- Hydraulic calculation using FHC
- Attending site to undertake progress reports and site audits in line with company QA procedures
- Attending month management meetings to provide project updates on coatings, budgets and job completion rates.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

Full UK Driving licence
Located North West
Minimum 5 years experience in sprinkler project management
Proficient AutoCAD and FHC skills
Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
requirements
- BS9251 design course exam
- FHC Exam
