Project Summary
The Fire Suppression Company designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned a category 4 residential sprinkler system for a new 112 purpose built student accommodation development located in the centre of Leeds. Designed to BS9251:2021 by our in house qualified design team. Full hydraulic calculations and designs were undertaken by TFSC to the approved relevant British Standards, complete with dedicated sprinkler tank and duty/standby sprinkler pumps. Originally an office block, this conversion to apartments had to ensure all areas of the existing structure were fully protected.
